TERMS OF SALES
Preamble
SANDRA BARBIAUX, self-employed, whose Head Office is at Sainte Maxime at 43 chemin des Saquèdes, identified_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-1368bad57 under number 38 835cf56 .
All orders made on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale. SANDRA BARBIAUX reserves the right to adapt or modify to at any time hereof, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-1365cf58d_any transaction being that appearing online on the site www.sandrabarbiaux.com at the time of the order.
Article 1 The customer
The Customer declares to be a natural person, aged at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, SANDRA BARBIAUX cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
Article 2 Products
The products offered at la vente are those described on the Site. SANDRA BARBIAUX takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products to best satisfy the customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

Article 3 The order
Order taking on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by SANDRA BARBIAUX, embodied in a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, availability of products, quantity) will be sent to the customer by SANDRA BARBIAUX.
To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of e-mail for confirmation by SANDRA BARBIAUX of the content of his order. In any event, invoices are issued upon delivery.
Article 4 Price and terms of payment
4.1 Price determination
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.
The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket.
SANDRA BARBIAUX reserves the right to modify its prices at at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability.
4.2 Terms of payment
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment for purchases is made by:

Article 5 Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery address taken into account for sending the order will be the one listed on the order, once it has been confirmed and paid for. Any changes to the destination address must be reported to our after-sales service (contact tab) to be taken into account.
In the event that the delivery postal address is incorrect (missing information, incorrect information, city entered not corresponding to the postal code, customer name not present on the delivery mailbox), SANDRA BARBIAUX_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_disclaims all liability concerning the non-delivery of the order. Shipments will be made by post, within 3 to 5 days of the order, at the price of 8€ for France, 12€ for Europe and 14€ for the rest of the world . Shipping costs are free from an order of 300€.
Delivery times will be at la poste.
In case of late delivery, SANDRA BARBIAUX will not be responsible.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the user and are his exclusive responsibility.
Article 6 Right of withdrawal
The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within seven (7) clear days à counting from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by the return to its cost of new products (in their original packaging) accompanied of the order number to the following address:

Article 7 Return et Refund

First of all, for any return request, please de contact SANDRA BARBIAUX by email via the contact section indicating "Return" in the "subject" field.
In case of return the shipping costs will then be borne by the customer.
7.2 Refund
Le remboursement des produits sera effectué par SANDRA BARBIAUX_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of the said products. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of a voucher.
The returned hat(s) must be intact, in the original packaging, without having been worn or damaged.
If this were the case no refund can be made.
SANDRA BARBIAUX reserves the right not to take back a product which has been damaged and which is no longer in salable condition.
Article 8 Applicable law
Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
In the event of difficulty or a complaint to on the occasion of an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
Article 9 Computing and freedom
The information collected by SANDRA BARBIAUX during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction.
It is recalled that when ordering, SANDRA BARBIAUX collects personal data concerning you (identity, username and password chosen by the customer on the Site, e-mail address, telephone number, usual residence address of the customer , delivery address and means of payment, etc.) which are strictly necessary to process your requests and may be communicated only to the contractual partners of the Company involved in the execution of the order (in particular, to intermediaries for the payment of orders such as banking institutions).
